Team,
Requirement is to trigger a custom notification on hire date of employee.
In EC if you add employee it is working fine,however when candidate is pushed from Manage pending hire to EC and submitted, no notification trigger
Business rule Screenshot is attached.- Rule is placed on Save alert under job info. base object Job information

Note form EC side working fine, From Manage pending hire if candidate comes it is not triggering email notification
