Hi Experts,
When job requisitions are created out of the position management, there is an error message "FTE cannot be higher than 1" if you have already created a new job requisition (looking for new employees) and then only want to terminate the current employee of the position. How can you prevent this error? If you terminate the employee first and then create the job requisition out of position management, there will be no problems.
In daily business, it is possible that the search for a new employee is already underway before the HR manager has maintained the employee's leave.
