A client of mine have configured the Microsoft enterprise app, SuccessFactors to Microsoft Active Directory User Provisioning to facilitate future hires from EC and active employments for transfers / rehire with a new active employment.
The issues they are facing:
* When onboarding employees reach startDate - all data are populated, but when the onboardee is in the preboarding phase, they only get a limited amount of data for future hires, PersonIDExternal, startDate, phoneNumber, countryCode.
Does anyone have experience with this?
