Hi Experts,
Requirement:
We have a requirement for one of time type called Congés payés which has monthly accrual of 2.084 days, at the end of every month.
For the current year of the employment employee has to earn the leave which can be only utilized next year. But Employee should be allowed to plan vacation in future year.
I.e. For Example, The Account Validity should be from 01-June-2016 to 31-May-2017, but the bookable period should be from 01-June-2017 to 31-May-2018.
Current Solution:
We have implemented this solution using Recurring Time accounts where the Bookable period start date is extended through Interim rule and end date is extended using time type Bookable until configuration.
Now the challenge here is, We have to run the interim rule for every new hires to extended the Bookable start date as we don't have an option to schedule a job for Interim rule.
If anyone has implemented this France solution for Conges Payes without interim rule or any other way to implement this solution through time off.
