is it possible to add different form per country? Each country requires different forms and I wonder if that is something we could add on the wizard step for each country in SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Yes, you can put conditions on the forms so they only show to the onboardees based on country of location or country of residence (whichever the client business requires).
