Formatting between SuccessFactors Recruiting and DocuSign

Hello!

We're trying to "brand" our offer letters that we route from SAP SF Recruiting to DocuSign, then back again. However, we've noticed that a lot of times the formatting created in SF is ignored once it reaches DocuSign (and it's inconsistent!). For example, a page break was coded into an offer letter template in SF and originally worked in DocuSign, but a week later the page break doesn't occur when the template was used again.

Has anyone experienced this and found a way to get the systems to communicate better?

We also have this and despite spending many hours trying inline CSS and other formats the docusign element seems to ignore the styling
