Form Error in Generating Commissions Quota Document for Distribution - TCMP_00012:F:

I am receiving the following error when trying to generate a distribution containing documents that pull quota data in SAP Commissions.

TCMP_00012:F: The argument "ownerDetail" is not valid

The distribution is one I use every month and I only get the error when trying to generate the documents for new users.

I have searched and cannot find any info about this error. Thanks!

Please attach the screenshot of the error and also please check Quota has a value to the Sales rep ?
