Is there a Setting in SAP Enable Now that will force users to go through the entire assigned training course? I don't want users to be able to skip around or skip to the end the first time they take a course.

It's not so much a single setting, but techniques in creating bookpages that force a single, rigid path through the book. For Example
- In Tools -> Settings -> Playback Settings -> book reader -> Control Bar, Enable Hide Control Bar
With this set, the only way to go from one page to the next is by controls you create on the page. (e.g. Next, Back and Exit buttons).
If a page has several things that need to be clicked on before proceeding, hide the navigation button (Next) until all the mandatory actions have been completed.
To limit help desk calls, you will want to be clear in your explanations to your learners what they need to do to finish the page and get the next button.
