I'm working with a client that has recently rolled out a new brand font. We want to update the text styles in the workspace but the font family isn't available to select in the text styles editor. Both the client and myself have tried and we both definitely have the font installed (is in the windows>fonts folder and is available in other programmes as well). Can you please advise what we can do to get the font to appear?
If the font is an OTF font, Producer will not recognize it. Producer only recognizes TTF fonts. If it is a TTF font, try restarting your PC and see if Producer then picks it up.
