Appreciate your efforts/helps/guidance in advance.
1)For follow-up survey, we can configure "Days to complete". However, what if learners did not respond after that apparently survey will disappear automatically? We dont really want to set "survey required for completion" because it will literally mean 6months worth of learners are always incomplete. And even admin/instructor marks the history manually so not sure how we can identify. Is there anyway to "push" surveys to those who did not complete after "Days to complete" has lapses?
2)Is there any chance we have threshold/interval/reoccurring for survey APM. We are required to have 100% response rate for follow-up Survey. As we are using specifically for managers only.
3)Is there any report do we use if we want to monitor who did not complete the follow-up survey as well as feedback survey, so that we can remind them through other means. As in data dictionary we have PA_STUD_SURVEY which give all the data but how we can add those columns in standard survey report. As post adding it still gives completed count.It's not showiing the surveys which are in "Not Started" status.
