Following 1H23 release, are you seeing this error in classes?

The "Email confirmation to Users" checkbox has to be selected before you can select the Instructor, Managers, and Contacts email confirmation checkboxes.

Yes, we have come across this error multiple times now. Even though I have all the correct boxes ticked, we still recieve this error. Can anyone at SAP shed some light please?

As per KBA 3342075, the error you are facing happens because the "Email confirmation to the User" toggle under the "Email Confirmation for Admin-Initiated Actions" and the “Email Confirmation for User-Initiated Actions” sections is not set to true, while other email confirmation toggles are
