Hello,
I noticed that for some items that have Follow-up Surveys, the configuration "Assign---days from Item completion" and "Allow ---Days to Complete" are not pulling up although this has been configured at the Survey Level.
I noticed that when looking at the survey tab on the ILT Item.
I'm trying to remove the Follow up survey and add it again at the item level, but the dates do not come up. However; when adding it to a new item, it does bring the configuration dates.
Has anyone run into this before? Any thoughts?>
