Flexible search on Title model

Hello

I have this query and I want to see how to filter per country/language. And also I want to know how Titles are configured per these values. Somehow for each country it returns a different set of titles but I don't know how to verify it. How do I add the country or language to my query.

SELECT {t:pk} FROM {Title AS t} WHERE {t:name} IS NOT NULL AND {t:selectable} = true

I'm trying to figure out why for some countries it's displaying incorrect titles on our Hybris prod setup
