Flat file publish, background screen shows and doesn't show

We have published standard/flat files from Producer on SEN 1808. We store the files on two different file servers and access the index.html to launch. Simulations/practices work ok on one and on the other the background screen capture fails to display

Any ideas?

ok; was human error - we had zipped the standard published structure; one person decided some files were repetitive and manipulated them.

ok; we may have found it - inconsistent human process between the two files.
