Fixed Point in Time Effective Date - Basis Calculation

We are using Fixed point in time option to calculate the Target Amount (Basis). However, the results are unexpected.

Two queries:

1. In Employee History, while directly updating the data (specifically salary and target %), the Basis is not getting updated. Is this the expected behaviour? Can a comp admin for few employees not directly update the Target % or Salary directly in EH?

2. When EH is imported from EC, for one record Target % is showing as 0 in EH. However, the Basis is appearing same as Salary. My expectation was that Target Amount (Basis) should have been 0 in this case.

Hi @MeghaSadhotra 

1. I believe this is expected behavior indeed, I ran into this before. Only basis coming from custom formula will update on-screen upon manual save. It should work when you run bonus calculation however. 

2. Not sure about this one but shouldn't there be an eligibility rule condition excluding anybody with bad data like a Target Bonus % at 0 ? I usually add one in my rules to avoid these situations.
