Hello dear community,
I want to activate web assistant in our SuccessFactors instance. Since I'm so new to enable now, I have more than one questions. If you can help, I would be so glad.
1) I log in to sap enable now manager via enable now account credentials and use different credentials to log in to successfactors instance. First of all, do these two should be the same? If so, where can I create this type of user in manager so that she/he also can access to successfactors?
2) I can activate web assistant with standard enable now library in successfactors but I have no permission to change existing content, how can I do that?
3) In Workareas/Tags tab, I tried to connect a workarea using Connect button under Connected Workarea from Manager text. But I don't understand exactly all of the fields there. Which one should be used, how to fill etc.
4) I already have pre-created workarea in manager, if I want to use this, how am I supposed to connect that to SuccessFactors? My manager path conists of an IP address. But when I copy that path to Web Assistant Settings in SuccessFactors, I've got an error.
I'm in need of urgent help. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Thanks for answers. Actually I'm confused about exactly which step I should take to do all these configurations right?
For #2, should I use this parameter in SuccessFactors, Web Assistant Setings in parameters bar? serviceLayerVersion=UACP
For 3# and 4# In manager, Workareas/Tags tab, I already have 2 workareas. None of them have "Connected" label next to them. But using standard enable now server path in web assistant settings in successfactors, I was able to connect the standard content somehow. I tried to add a new workarea as told in the guides you mentioned above, but after doing that even though there is a label Connected, I also have a message next to it saying "Creation of connected workarea failed." In regarding dialog box, for the URL field, the guides say you should paste a path "http(s)://<host>/<instance>/wa/<wa ID>/~tag/published/" like that form. But mine path doesn't fit that form. It's like http://<IP_Address>:<port>/myManager/index.htm#wa/overview/wa!<workareaID>:WA so neither enable now nor successfactors recognize that path. Should I contact with install administration for that or is there anything I can do?

Just about all of the answers can be found in the Web Assistant Integration Guide, which you can find here. But in short:

With regards to item #3: also Section 4.5 of the Web Assistant Authoring Guide could help
