Fiori web assistant guided tour new tab screens

I have an issue when creating guided tours in Cloud SEN where after the initial Fiori tile is opened, a following action opens a screen in a new tab and the recorder doesn’t follow, making my guided tour incomplete. I am using Chrome with //flags set as recommended, enablement assist extension installed, and have tried other browsers with same result. I am considering using web editor, insert object, but that is less than eloquent.

Just closing the loop -the issue is resolved after the customer changed the app design to open a new tab within the Fiori framework.

No, Shane not GUI or HTML. The Fiori app was built with Web IDE. The behavior is such that after the first tile click, a new window is opened. I learned that the Developer designed this way as a workaround to resolve an authentication timeout. Are other resources available to guide when web IDE is used for development in this way?

Hi John,

Is the Fiori tile opening a Fiori app or an app created in another language, such as GUI for HTML? Section 9.7 of the Web Assistant Integration Guide after from Web Assistant Integration Guide has some information on this. I suspect that this may be your issue?
