Final Ranges and Range Penetration appearing N/A in promotion enabled Compensation Template

Hi,

The final ranges and range penetration appear on the worksheet before the employee is promoted in compensation worksheet.
Once I promote an employee, for that employee the Final Pay ranges and range penetration appear as N/A.
The right details reappear on the form only when the form is saved.
Isn't this change real time? As soon as an employee is promoted, the right Final ranges and final range penetration should appear on the form so that the manager can make the right decision on what increase to provide for promotion and merit.
--- Steps to Reproduce ---
1. Launch a compensation form with promotion enabled
2. Check the final Range and Range Penetration
3. Both are reflecting correctly
4. Promote the employee using Promote link
5. Once you save promotion changes, come to the compensation worksheet and check for final Range and Range Penetration
6. Both appear as N/A
7.Save the compensation form
8. Again check for final Range and Range Penetration
9. Both appear correctly
Regards,
Anjali

Hi Xavier,

Thank you for writing back.

The attributes are matching as per what is there in EC Pay ranges. The Current range and RP appears on the form. Even the Final Range and RP appears correctly on the form but only when I save the form.

If I promote someone through Promote link in Comp worksheet, then the final ranges and RP appear as N/A till I save the form.

I am sharing the screenshots from the development instance for settings and pay ranges as I am not able to attach a word document. I will share more screenshots as needed.

Your help is appreciated.

Have a wonderful day.

Regards,
Anjali

Hi,

Is there a match for is selected as Promotion in the EC Pay Range table ?

Can you show what you select and also attach the PayRange table from EC ? You can export it through adhoc report > Foundation Object > Pay Range.

All the best

Xavier
