Final Performance Rating visible to Employees if it was previously hidden at "Completion" stage.

Hi Experts

We have a particular requirement in Performance Management process to keep the Manager's Final Rating and comments not visible to his/her direct reports in "Completed" stage for a short period and then make the Final Performance ratings visible to Employees.

The first part i.e to make the Manager's Ratings and comments to be temporarily hidden from employees/direct reports at "Completion" stage can be achieved via Field-based permissions (Manage Templates) but I am trying to understand if after the purpose of keeping it hidden at "Completion" stage is served and now the final performance ratings need to be shared with Employees via Employee Profile. How can we share Final Performance Ratings with Employees now? Is there a way to achieve this? Can we change the "Field-based permissions" real-time via Manage Templates and the ratings will start being visible to employees at the "Completion" stage after the interim period of keeping them hidden ends?
