Filters in the library - on-prem

Hi,

we are using SEN on-premises and as I understand there are possibilities to add filters e.g. by tags to the published content. I really struggle to publish filters and make them visible to the users.

When I open the local preview - filters are visible, but when published - they are not. I think I am missing some checkboxes or smth.

Could you please help me find a solution to apply filters to the published library?

You aren't missing anything. Filters do not work when the content is opened directly from Manager. You have to publish it elsewhere, i.e. to the same Apache Tomcat server where your SAP Enable Now is running.

This disappointing limitation lasts for years and seems like there is no traction to solve it. For On-Premise customers, it might not be a big deal as they already have the infrastructure, but for the SAP Enable Now Cloud, this is a "no-go" for using filters in the library view.
