Hi experts,
Since the release we are facing an issue: In the new hire process, the account owner of payment information doesn't get filled with first and last name automatically.
Before the release 2H2023 it was possible to fill the account owner with an onSave rule. Now, that doesn't work anymore and the field gets filled with "null null".What we already tried, but doesn't work:
We created an Integration in Integration Center and added it to Intelligent Service "Employee Hire". This works for New Hires with effective date for today. But for Hires with effective Date in the future, this doesn't work
Do you have an Idea how to solve this issue?
Thank you so much and best regards!

Hi Karen,
So there is no way to fill in the Account Owner at all at the new hire scenario?
What is your expected workaround? We really need to fill in the Account Owner due to the replication to the ERP system. Its absolutly not an option to fill in the Account Owner every time manually. This is no option or doable workaround for any bigger company.
Thank you and kind regards,
Marisa

Dear marisa1,
Thank you for your post.
The Hire scenario is currently not supported and stated in this KBA from 2019: "Please note that the rule will not work for new hire/rehire scenarios. This is a system limitation and we don't have any known date when it'll be enhanced."
I would recommend you to follow this KBA in case it becomes supported and the team updates it.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
Karen Perez
