FieldGlass integration for requisition creation

For a customer we are trying to connect SAP Fieldglass with SAP SuccessFactors. We are running into the issue that on the one hand SAP Fieldglass needs to use SAP Identity Access Services (IAS) as the identity provider to be able to login (https://community.sap.com/t5/technology-blogs-by-sap/configuration-sap-fieldglass-sso-with-sap-cloud...) and on the other hand SAP SuccessFactors needs to be setup as the identity provider to be able to create requisitions from positions (https://help.sap.com/docs/successfactors-employee-central/using-sap-fieldglass-with-employee-central...).

We are not really getting anywhere with SAP support as we are running in circles. In SuccessFactors Provisioning it shows that the integration with Fieldglass is not supported.

SAP Fieldglass only support the configuration of a single identity provider.

This means we are left with the choice to either be able to login to Fieldglass or be able to create requisitions.

Has anyone gotten the integration between SuccessFactors and Fieldglass to work properly?

A prerequisite to Position Management/Job Requisition integration is an exclusive SSO configuration for the integration user between Success Factors and Fieldglass.

Part of this configuration in Fieldglass must be done by a Fieldglass representative and you'll need to raise a ticket. You need to provide Success Factors' OData API url, username, password and API version.

Hi Josie, thanks for your reply. Does the ticket you mention replace the SSO config described here https://help.sap.com/docs/successfactors-employee-central/using-sap-fieldglass-with-employee-central...? This as this configuration does not work and that is also shown when you select the application name in provisioning "Fieldglass (Not Supported")

Does Fieldglass not support oAuth authentication? Username/Password oData calls will not be supported by SuccessFactors for much longer. And what do you mean with API version, this is not something we can configure/decide in SuccessFactors?
