Field in Job Search Application

Hi Experts,

I need to add a field "STATE" in Job Search Application as an additional search criteria for both internal and external candidates. I have a doubt that which Search Template element am I want to use among the below three elements

FRO_REQ_JOB_INFO_COUNTRY_LB

FRO_REQ_JOB_INFO_STATE_LB

FRO_REQ_ADD_COUNTRY_LB.

Please suggest and help me in solving this problem as I'm new to this challenging and interesting technology.

What do you mean with field state? The region of a country?

Hi RamaKrishnan,

For that you will need to create an own search template as the templates you mentioned show the country itself, not the region.

For that you would need also additional modifications because when searching for regions, you need to make sure that a country search was performed before. In case you have postings only from one country you can take that over as additional hidden information field for example.
