Few options are missing while creating "New Object"

while trying to insert new objects, we are not able to find few options, Simulation, Quiz to name a few. Can anyone please direct how to resolve this issue?

Hi Mayuri,

If Kristina's advice did not resolve your issue, you could try deleting your local Producer Workarea and reloading from Manager. It almost looks like your Resources have not loaded successfully. If you decide to do this, you will need to:

1. Open Producer
2. Right click the Workarea object at the top of the content tree and select Open Folder. This will open a Microsoft Windows folder containing all the files for the current Workarea
3. Go back to Producer and close Producer
4. In Windows, you will need to delete the Workarea folder and all child folders and files. Everything must be deleted so that it is completely reloaded
5. Open Manager and restart Producer again. Be sure to let all the Resources load to your machine

yes, tried restarting producer but no luck! Is there anything else that we should try?

Hi Mayuri,

have you checked your author permissions? Make sure you have the permission "Content: Upload Active Content".

If that doesn't help please consider trying with a different user to check if the issue is generic or user-specific. You can use a manual test user for this.
