Fetching only changed records everyday from Employee central and pass to SAP ERP

Hello Experts,

We are working on Successfactors employee data replication to SAP ERP.

When a record gets changed in Employee central we want just that value to fetched by HCI, that is only the records that got changed on the same date and not all the records for that employee since FTSD (01.12.2019).

We initially had to run using FTSD (01.12.2019) so that all records valid on or after FTSD were replicated (this was in GoLive). But now, if we try to replicate employee with an effective start date after FTSD (for example 01.01.2022) we lost records on SAP ERP system with some infotypes as for example infotype 0008.

The XML file that we receive continues arrive FTSD with value 01.12.2019, i don´t know if that can be the problem.

Could you please help us why can be happend this?
