Hi SAP Community, I am the HR Services Manager at Komatsu, Komatsu is a manufacturing business who manufacture heavy machinery in the mining and construction industry. We currently have a workforce of about 3500 and on average recruit ~1000 candidates a year.
I am reaching out today to see if any Recruitment Manager or even a like position as mine (managing the back end of the platform) would be open to having a chat about SuccessFactors Recruitment. We implemented SF in April last year, however integrated LiveHire ATS as the recruitment platform. As a result, we have a lot of issues and I believe our candidate experience is suffering too much.
I am trying to get feedback from businesses (medium to large) on the recruitment module and in particular how the recruitment team find the platform in particular, with high volume recruitment, graduate campaigns. I would like to understand the efficiency of the recruitment module, in hopes to remove/decommission LiveHire and use the Recruitment module in its entirely.
