Feasibility of Attaching Document in Mail Notification Alerts in SuccessFactors

One of my customers has this following ask regarding the feasibility of attaching documents to mail notifications triggered by alerts in SuccessFactors. Specifically, I would like to understand whether it is possible to include actual document attachments in these email alerts or if only document links can be embedded in the notification. Could you please confirm if attaching documents is supported, and if so, provide any relevant guidelines or configurations to enable this feature? Thank you for your assistance.

Based on your request I've found below KBA:

Unfortunately above KBA informs that attachments are not allowed on alert messages, but it suggests that it's possible to host a file on your behalf through PLT Product support Team, and then put the URL into your alert.

Please check all the information contained in the KBA and confirm if this works for you.
