Hi Experts,
We have received some errors from user that their favorites list gets disappeared after a while in enable now Trainer/Document library.
Is there a way to permanently save the favorites?

Hi kprajapa,
Favorites get cleared when the browser cache/cookies are erased. So, there is only 1 way: do not clear the browser cache/cookies. I'm not aware about any other solutions, sorry
