Hi, I am experiencing a strange issue that SAP Support was not able to provide an answer for. First one of my recruiters noticed that the favicon for Production changed from the SF letters to a little blue heart favicon (the icon image in the browser tab). She thought it was silly to see a little blue heart and asked me about it. I was not seeing the same as she was. I told her our Test instance had the little blue heart favicon but Production had the SF letters. She does not have access to Test. I opened a ticket. It is my understanding this favicon is set in Provisioning.
Now, I am seeing the little blue heart favicon for both Production and Test. What caused this to change and how do I get it back to the way it was so there is a different favicon for Test versus Production?
Is anyone else seeing this?
Any idea how to refresh this? I have deleted cookies and cache many times and reboot my pc every day. I see this in both Google Chrome and in Firefox browsers. I am at a loss.
