Failed to deactivate user: "XTZ" - User does not exist

Hi All,

I have imported user in SF through the "Import employee Data" but getting below error.

error:

Failed to deactivate user: "XTZ" - User does not exist.

Could you anyone pls tell me what am missing/doing mistake while importing employee data .
