Extract changes that doesn't update lastModifiedDateTime

I have a situation here, where client feedback there are event (e.g. "confirming a staff") doesn't refresh lastModifiedDateTime , hence it causes the application when try to pull from the API with later modified date, it doesn't extract the later changes
