External user as contingent worker

Hi all,

i need your help really bad.

We are many external users ( consultants) to work as admin in Succesfactors to help our client.

He have external user id.( we don't have a contingent profile).

The IT Manager wish for me to migrate all of our external accounts as contingent worker profiles.

Have you ever been confronted to this question ? Do you know what action i should take ?
