When an employee submits a request for External Learning form, and it is approved by the Manager without requiring verification for completion, then the event goes to learning history and we need to have an automatic notification sent 2 days after the completion date. Is this possible? Thank you.

@lmclfrancisco, as it stands, there wouldn't exist, at this moment, this option. When the Template ID to Trigger to Receiver Map is checked, the External Learning Request related notifications are sent when an approval/verification is required. An enhancement request (KBA 2090228) could be created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.

Related to the question above -- I see that there is an email template called "ExternalVerificationReminder" and it looks like the email goes to the approver once the learning date has passed. Does this include the user? In other words, once the date of the external learning request has passed, will the user get a notification that they need to go in and verify attendance?
