External Learning Request in Landing Page

Hi all,

One customer has configured the External Learning Request in a way that when the user is going to fill the request, the "Manage Data" tool's header shows up (and also another records of other objects are available). How can this be avoided? What's wrong with it?

This appears to be a subset of the Manage Data function within Platform not the built-in navigation from the Learning User side selecting the External Learning Request link. Maybe a custom link was created in the external link sections that navigates the user back to this menu in Platform?
