Is it possible to import Job Aid documents into the Library?

Example: I have a list of reports by Module or a Visio Process Flow. Is it possible to import these to the library so they are available to the users?

Hi George,

Yes you can. You have two options:

Option 1
1. Drag and drop the object, e.g. image of Visio flowchart, from Windows onto an object, such as a Group, in Producer
2. The object will then be available in Producer to be distributed to end users.

Option 2 (better option)
1. Click on the object, such as a Group, in Producer that they want to add the external content to
2. Click the + to create a new object and create a Media Object
3. Select the external content that you want to make available to end users and open it
4. The Media Object, containing the external content, can now be made available to end users.
