External candidates users

Dear E-Rectruiting experts,

We are implementing SAP ERC,but we'll use backend functionalities only:candidates will continue to use actual web site and their data will be

sent to SAP by an interface. As a consequence, we don’t need SAP users for these BP.

Please, could you suggest how can we avoid to create SAP users for external candidates ?

These users should be delete asap.

Hi Elena,

E-Recruiting often uses the user object to get the candidate object. So if you delete that, a lot of functions won't work anymore.

Please note that the userid's which are created for e-recruiting are not counted as regular user licenses. Also, do not forget to schedule report RCF_UPDATE_EXT_CANDIDATES, which will change the user type of the users of external candidates to communication users.
