External Candidate "Applicant Cockpit" Log off button NOT working

Dear Gurus,

I spent 2 whole days in troubleshooting this issue but failed, so decided to get help from you.

WD service "/n SICF > Service > Default Host > SAP Namespace > BC > Web Dynpro  > hrrcf_a_startpage_int_cand " which is the Applicant Cockpit, has a Log Off button on the top right corner, when I click that button, System keeps on processing and never logs off the page and also gives no error and If I close the page and open this service again, same external candidate already logged in appears.

I have also replaced the java script as mentioned in note 1271220 but no progress, issue still the same.

If anyone has any idea about it please advise me, I am stuck.

you say hrrcf_a_startpage_int_cand and than you mention same external candidate.

The page you mention is the internal candidate startpage, not the external one. You should use the BC/ERECRUITING/STARTPAGE service btw. It chooses automatically between ext or int

Hey Chohan,

I got the same problem as yours and try the same way like yours on SAP Note number 1271220 but on E-Rec Version 606 SP07 (my system) cannot solve with this SAP Note.

I send the message to SAP and got suggestion to apply SAP note

I would also expect that the

latest UR corrections e.g. SAP Note 1893306 will

help here as many recent issues have

been fixed in the BC-WD-ABA

component for your version lately.
