External candidate Job posting to reflect after E Mail confirmation

Hi Experts,

We have a scenario in SAP ECC 6 EHP 7 E Recruiting where the requirement is as soon as candidates e mail is confirmed he should be landed to Employment opportunities page instead of personal data page. Can we do this through configuration & if yes then what are steps for same.

Also it is possible through config that employment opportunities can be visible without registration.

Hi Puneet,

You can also change the start pages for the external candidate. In the default configuration, the candidate enters the application at the personal data page.

You can change the order of the tabs in the customizing under Technical settings - User Interfaces - Candidate - Flexibilisation - Backend - Start Pages - Define start pages

As Andy mentioned, it is possible to show employment opportunities without requiring registration

Thanks for your reply. It will really help our consultant to implement employment opportunities search for unregistered candidates.

I am working as Core team member for SAP E Recruitment implementation I want to know about capabilities of SAP E Recruiting EHP 7 which of course our implementation consultant does not share with us like TRM & Auto ranking functionality.
