Hi Experts,

The candidate is not receiving emails from the system, it is only for certain candidates. They have confirmed that the emails are not received in Spam/Junk folders as well. We have received three similar cases. Request you to provide your input on the same.

Hi Anan,


as if it is following for some candidate, you can check for so prerequisites

1. Candidate Contact Email ID Should Correct
Try to send any custom email from correspondence and check it is showing or not

Else, you can follow the below KBA

And if still not working, raise a ticket with SAP support
