External candidate details

hi , for reporting purpose i need to know the table where name and email id of the external candidates are stored.

Hi Thomas,

Candidate names, addresses and so on are stored in the Business Partner object - so transaction BP and its tables like BUT000.

Hi Thomas,

     We do not use different tables for external and internal candidates. The e-mail is stored in HRP5102 and the first name/last name is stored in Business Partner BUT000.

The e mail is also stored in address independent communication of Business Partner.

Hello Thomas,

First name and last names can be accessed from BUT000 table and then you can refer to ADR6 to fetech the email ids of the candidates.

I have never seen email id in HRP5102 table yet.
