External Candidate Change User Name

Hi All,

I found a problem on External Candidate Change User Name (hrrcf_a_change_alias).

My external Candidate can change the user name but when they click on Save button.

(Candidate Profile --> Change User Name)

System display message "Unfortunately, the system is unavailable at the moment; try again later".

Please help suggest what do I need to fix.

This issue has been solved by Nicole on message that I opened to SAP. The root cause is my team activate share service business package on e-recruiting system.

could you, please, tell me where I can see the issue of your problem? I have the same one with change user name service.

I checked in the program, program return error message that cannot find candidate even there is candidate object in the system and there is relationship between US and CP.

HI Soracha,

Did you check your SICF Services .

Service for change user name is : HRRCF_A_CHANGE_ALIAS

External candidate page  : hrrcf_a_startpage_ext_cand

for this, we maintained external candidate user( RCF_EXT_CAND ) in Logon Data .

i got the same problem, when external candidate was not maintained .

I give SAP_ALL SAP_NEW and trace on ST01, there is no problem about authorization.

If you give sap_all & sap_new it is obvious that nothing will show up in the authorization trace

Ad far as I know, there is an issue with the standard roles in e-recruiting.

Have you tried using the combination of role SAP_RCF_EXT_CANDIDATE_CLIENT and SAP_RCF_EXT_CANDIDATE_SERVER instead of role SAP_RCF_EXTERNAL_CANDIDATE.

If this doesn't work, please conduct an authorization trace via transaction ST01

Hi Soracha,

Check transaction SLG1. There you will see an entry for that which guides you to the error.

I cannot find error in SLG1 but I found error in ST22 that

The user "SMTMSLM" in the client 000 has no RFC authorization for the

function module "RFC_READ_TABLE" of the function group "SDTX".
