Is this feature really not available for customes with EU Data Center Access? What about DC in Switzerland?

When will this be available for EU?

Thank you Claudia for raising this question. Just to add to that: what is the (legal) reasoning for this impressive feature not to be released across the EU yet? (of course Canada & Saudi-Arabia are also negatively affected by this)
