External agencies - process flow

Hello,

We are interesting to give an access to an external agencies to put candidate into our e-recruiting system.

I search documents about this process (process flow, customizing, ..) but I don't find something.

Does anyone have any information about this topic ?

We are in ERP6 (EHP4).

Hello Nicole,

Thanks for this infos.

Now external users (external candidates) can only use the webdynpro directly to the e-recruiting system. If I understand correctly, we need to create this agency like an "internal user" (business partner) and give the acces to our SAP Portal.

For the moment our SAP Portal isn't accessible from outside our network, we need to open this access and our security team are not favorable.

It's the only way for this ?
