I exported a course in scorm, but the other LMS only reads the time (imagen 1)1.png

Maybe I have something wrong in the settings, but I don't know what it is (imagen 2 and 3)2.png ,3.png

Hi Laura,

There's some other posts - either here in the community or on the SEN Learning room that talks about this. It has to do with playback tracking settings and how you have things set.

I remember some posts that talk about settings you can try but don't remember the details :$.

Scorm versions could also come into play - see what Scorm versions the LMS supports/prefers and align your SEN publish to Scorm to that.

Hi lramirezhernandez,

Commit data only once means your SAP Enable Now sends tracking data only in the end of the simulation/book.

Also for books we do not track Progress and Result, but only progress. Books are played in a demo mode. You can activate debugger in the Playback settings to see what exactly and when course sends. This really helps to troubleshoot.

General recommendation: please go through the SCORM export section in the SAP Enable Now Infocenter
