Hi Mani,
You can:
1. Open the Simulation and click on an Explanation bubble
2. Open the Demo Bubble section of properties and turn on the Position field
3. Click the pencil beside the Position field
4. Set the Document % and Element % fields to the following values and click OK
5. If there is a Practice Bubble section of properties, repeat steps 2-4 for the Practice Bubble properties
Regards
Shane

It looks like during playback the Bubble is wider (looks like it is trying to fit the entire title on a single line) which then means that it can't position it where it wants to, so it is having to move it to the left (even though this means overlapping the page boundary). Sometimes things like this happen because of font approximation in the browser when it is scaled up/down.
I'm assuming the title (the line in bold/underline at the top) is being brought in via a Placeholder. Although it's not an ideal solution, try replacing this with actual text, and reduce the width of the bubble a bit, and see if that helps.
