Dears,
I have an issue with one of our customers, that the client has delays in renewing the subscription for the success factor licenses.
so in the SAP for Me, portal using the SUser for the client, the Cloud licneses are getting disappeared, however the customer still has access on the SF portals.
My question, what is the extended time for the client to continue accessing the systems without renewed the licenses till getting blocked.
