Expert Peer Request for OData API URL Assistance

Need help with identifying the correct OData API URL to integrate SF LMS with Power BI.

We've tried the following to no avail:

 https://elancoanim-sandbox.plateau.com

https://analytics4preview.sapsf.com/ProductionData/ODataService.svc

 https://elancoanim-sandbox.successfactors.com/odata/v2

Still getting the "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again error'.

Is there additional access that is needed?

Thank you! It looks like the connection is working but SuccessFactors firewall is not allowing us to access with this error message: ""The authentication error indicates that the credentials provided are not being accepted by the SAP SuccessFactors OData service""
