Experiences with LMS Eloomi and SCORM from SEN

We use SEN for the creation of the video trainings. As LMS we use Eloomi. Currently we encounter difficulties when making a SCORM export from SEN and importing it into Eloomi.

When exporting we use SCORM 2004, Edition 4 and when we import this ZIP file into Eloomi and then start it, we get for example an error "Unable to play SCORM-content" or an Error ID.

We would expect the document or training video to open automatically, but this is not the case. Are there SEN users who have experience with Eloomi as LMS and have similar experiences?

Hi Sandra,

I have no experience with Eloomi but one thing to try is a different version of SCORM. I found a document indicating that Eloomi does support SCORM 2004 4th Edition so it shouldn't be an issue but I would try SCORM 1.2 and see if you are still getting the errors.
