Expected behavior when defining duration for ONLINE items in bulk load via Item Connector

Hello Experts

We are using the Item Connector to load content into SuccessFactors Learning and need to correctly define items as ONLINE (e.g., e-learnings or videos).

Currently, when we specify in the load file:

• CMPL_STAT_ID (online completion status)
• CPNT_LEN (default content duration)

The system automatically classifies the item as BLENDED, which is not the desired behavior because the item should be strictly ONLINE.

We understand that the connector determines the item classification based on the following logic:

• If neither CMPL_STAT_ID nor CPNT_LEN is provided → classification OTHER
• If both CMPL_STAT_ID and CPNT_LEN are provided → classification BLENDED
• If only CMPL_STAT_ID is provided → classification ONLINE
• If only CPNT_LEN is provided → classification INSTRUCTOR LED

Questions:
What is the correct field or approach to specify the duration for an ONLINE item without the connector automatically classifying it as BLENDED?
Is there an additional parameter or recommended configuration for this case?

To add on top of the answer from dannir37, after importing the items from the Connector, you may be able to bulk update the duration using the Import tool in LMS.
