Executive Review Population

What is the meaning of selecting HR report and when would we use this?

“HR Reports” shows “everyone for whom I am the HRBP (as defined in Job Relationships or the HRBP field of the UDF)”. The next release allows you to select the starting point for this relationship, so you will be able to filter on “everyone for whom X is the HRBP”

Yes we will be doing that, this is a screenshot from production instance where still the legacy one is being used

We strongly recommend turning on the enhanced executive review filters as your screenshot shows you are still using the old ones.
